Who is Stephanie Weaver

Stephanie Weaver is a best-selling author, speaker coach, and wellness advocate dba Experienceology and The Migraine Relief Plan based in San Diego, California.

Experienceology is an 8-step process to assess and improve customer experiences and a TED-Talk-style speaker coaching service. The Migraine Relief Plan is an 8-week diet and lifestyle guide to support fewer headaches and optimal health.

In 2004, Stephanie Weaver introduced Experienceology as a process to improve customer experiences for museums, parks, zoos, and other nonprofit businesses struggling in the experience driven economy. Her book Creating Great Visitor Experiences covers the 8-step process, was a best-seller in the museum field, and has been taught at the graduate level in museum studies programs across the country.

Stephanie extended the Experienceology process in 2011 to TEDx Talks where she curated talks and coached speakers including actor Richard Dreyfuss and author Ken Blanchard. Weaver’s speaker coaching service guides clients to find their big idea and then craft it into a memorable presentation. She also assists TED-style conference organizers from start to finish selecting speakers and themes, coaching speakers, and providing production direction and feedback to organizers through the live event. She has recently added virtual conference coaching in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2017, Stephanie Weaver’s Migraine Relief Plan book was published as a best-seller and Amazon New Release in five categories including low-salt cooking. It is an 8-week guide for transitioning to fewer headaches through diet and lifestyle. The follow-up Migraine Relief Plan Cookbook will be released by Surrey Books in Spring 2022.

Stephanie earned a Master in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Illinois. She is an active advocate for wellness causes including The Golden Retriever Lifetime Study and volunteering with Free Mom Hugs supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
